CARPROG FULL

Don't waste your time using carprog!! its gimmicky in the sense that nothing really works on it and not everything is activated. the crucial files are n/a which do not work. They say eventually it will, mine has been sitting gathering dust over a year as im still waiting for it to work!

What did you expect for the 50 USD tool to correction on a 2014 BMW ?

Read topic and your Cp Will work, spend 1 hour soldering and 5 dollar for chips and you have a good working clone.

That's right Adam, for 50USD, all who know will back money with 1 job, for 50 usd you get eeprom programmer, radio decoder , some airbag crash cleaner, work good on some dash with OBD, just there is a lot people who pay 50 usd and think all can working.
mojomill use search button, and you will found what you need to change, change chips, modify your obd, and you get good tool.

Do the so called new version 5.46 upwards of carprog clone still have counter or no

All of them have counter. Even original.

My carprog working ok till now, never see counter, you ask for version 5.46, this sellers sell carprog like 5.46, but real carprog is 4.01 or 4.74.

O ordered new one and was wondering if i would have to use j link to reset counter

J-tag, if counter appear you can reflash, j-tag is cheap 5$ and you can buy, it's good to have, like I said you in mine carprog ****er is not appear yet, but if appear I will try to reflash or buy new one, carprog is really chip without adapter maybe 40$.

I have question for other users, is someone order this adapter for on-board eeprom programming?

I think to buy this one adapter, because SOIC which is came with carprog is really bad, is better to buy good SOIC, or this adapter, maybe I try to make this adapter myself if it isn't hard.

I have one question for user, I would like to finish modifiy clone, I am repair all adapter and only one is not tested yet, ews adapter a11, it have k-line white, + red and - black. When I put external voltage 12v, I must have 12v on output this read and black, because when I check with multimeter it have about 0.9v? Thanks.

OK, there is no problem to do this ews, I done it with x-prog without problem with k-line adapter, but want also to test this ews adapter, beacue clone which I get, is really bad, after lot modification, now it work ok, when it arrived nothing is be good, color of eeprom not good, soic eeprom not right position, airbag adapter not right color, now I test all of that and modify now work all this adapter, now is only this ews to modify and that's it

Now I have voltage on + i -, but don't have here stabilisier 12v, I put some adapter, and when I want to check voltage now is 11.3V, maybe there is not problem adapter, maybe must have 12?
Here is some picture, it will be good to alive this adapter too.
There is users who also is read this ews with this adapter, maybe someone can look at mine to see is it same, thanks.

have you try to read ews3 with it?i had never used,but when you open from sw an ews3 the you will have cca 12v on adapter.
