)))Its aloways busy

))Too por money aloked on server and update tool

)))So its the same job abouth update oem carprog,i think the china people will make a grange server to update the clone:P And will be much feswter then carprog,superprog,ultarprog,sheet progs server

If you have a complaint about the server ALWAYS being busy,.Why not ask codiprog directly?

Never had problem with original Carprog hardware or software updates etc. From this side of the globe at least...

Their support is also very fast and good...

problem is not the server, but UK internet traffic to Lithuania. I have always problem. You can test with speed.net to Lithuania when you have problems. When i have problems from Uk to Lithuania i use VPN connection and problem disappear.

Well,right now i dont have coplaind becouse i dont have oem carprog,like i say now few thread a go i sale mi crprog oem,in the past i have a loat of problems with suport and update ofcorse,for me personali i cant name good suport answer like,,maybe in next updates u will find your airbag module cleare solution,,!!
This its all wath i can say abouth suport!!
I have few oem tolls,but when i asck suport max one day and answer come back with good solution,and not all tools its expensive like carprog,i have oem tool wath buy for low price and suport its 10 x better then carprg!!
Its just mi opinion!

I agree with you,support sometimes does not equal cost.

I wonder if the carprog clone support is any better?

i buy from go car diagnostic , auto service a,diagnostic tool,scanner,car,auto scanner,car diagnostic and i pay 110 US$ for unit and 36$ for shipment...but i dont think so it work any of the unit...smarty please explain something how to use this now...hahha...please explain about this A1 and D1 adapters at which cables it go to the unit...
