Enter the wrong code 10 times and the phone will reset and wipe itself clean 'as new' out of the box!

There is no code reset tool for BlackBerry handsets!

I have a bberry 9300 is this download still working? i tried the link and it downloaded a bunch of wierd things... im not good at this i bought the phone its koodo and futureshop sold me a telus sim said go here and ask for help.... im so confused this was supposed to be my fiances suprise when he gets home now im out alot of money... bought private/used too

These people have both the 9320 & 9360 listed as being available via IMEI/PRD with instant codes at $3 Canadian or 48 hour for free codes...

Feedback on whether this service work or not would be good...

didn't work as tried for a free one and then a instant one but didn't work so got money back though paypal

Tried this, and the prd method, both are give me the code, but say code error on the phone.

Any idea, have double checked the IMEI etc...

Have you tried using the MEP4 code?

If the phone is from a network that piggybacks another network (Tesco piggyback on T-Mobile, Virgin use O2..I think) then a different level SIM lock may be used.

Also check on how many attempts are remaining. If it says '0 attempts left' it's gonna cost you more to reset the phone.
