just for the record cause people keep asking this ,non of the 02 models have a patch yet that opens the dutch channels on 19.2east and it will more then likely never be there.(cause tm users have been asking the Phanth0m this for over a year now)
if you use something like v-plug server that you run on your pc.
and you can let your tm connect to it , then you can open the dutch channels that way Just google v-plug server and you will find the info you need.
