Thank you very much for answering so quickly.
Now there was a problem I did not expect.
When I program the 93c66 (UPA) the whole process done correctly, but when I read the 93c66 is with the old values***8203;***8203;, not save the changes.
This is a 14-pin 93c66 (there is something I do not know?)
    thank you very much

cokolo, this is how I have it connected.
Is the same scheme that comes in the help of upa

    It's funny ....
Erase the EPROM, and reading, reading is FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ...
Program the EPROM with the new file, and rereading, reading is the initial, do not save the changes. As if not erased.

After seeing it was almost impossible that they can not do this job well, review the connections. There was a bad connection, then everything worked fine.
Work schedules two (Cokolo and ovi_dk), only a small change in km.

Finally everything is ok, Thank you all.
