Audi MMI 3g actualization after US->EU SW changing

Hi,
my car have a US region MMI 3G system and I am trying to change the region and localisation of the MMI to EU because i want to have additional languages in the MMI.
I had done the following steps:
1. hiden(enginnering) menu activation
2. ....US>EU map flag changing
3. ....US>EU region flag changing
4. FW update by "emergency download" mode (8R090696T CD)
5. FW update by standard update mode.

Now my MMI have a HNav_EU_K0031_3_D1 FW release
but all texts in all menus is lost.
As i understand its happened because of configuration of MMI not correspond of the actual FW version. New languages are not initialised.
I doesn't see any new languages in the "engineering" menu and at the same time when i check standard menu for languages choise - i see only old languages which MMI have originaly (EN_US, FR_US, ES_US).

Anyone can share information - how to make actualization of MMI?
I need to update the list of languages...

simple OBD CAN comand, to activate new language set there is a tool on market for 250e, as i have seen or change langugae manualy using telnet or anything similar

You need vag can pro, or open MMi and read, next change eeprom.

If you have VCP why do you want red and change eeprom. For what ?
There is a faster solution by VCP

Use VCP script or download eeprom data (via VCP or direct desolder) and change lang. list from NAR to EU

O man ...VCP do it automaticly. Why all want desolder or read and change eeprom. Why !?
