Internation DT466 ECU problem

Hello:

I have a ECU for Internation truck DT466 with error code 253 "calibration memory", Every time a erase the code it re-apear. Truck has lost of power. ECU is Siemens 5WY7 050/06 1833341C6. I think file or checksumm is corrupt.

Do any of you have good original file for this ECU ?? or now how to check chekcsumm.
