Openbox s10 rebooting problem

hi all,
im having a problem with my openbox s10, basically it restarts itself constantly no matter what channel im watching sometimes up to 10 times per hour, only takes a few seconds to come back on but it still drives me mental. i then get banned from my subscription for too many connections to the server.
anyone having this problem or know of a fix?

what firmware you running on it.. does it reboot on free channels too

I have a box doing the same thing no matter what channel it's on. Tried different firmware but doesn't help. Sending back to supplier.

bad coax or flaky motor will do that.
Any surge on the coax line like an intermittent connection will cause the s10 to reboot.
Try disconnecting the coax and reconnecting with the receiver on and you will see what I mean.
