SDconnect error code 749

I just bought the new multiplexer .. SDconnect

but i didnt know how to configure it

i tried using SD assist and at the end it gives me an error saying that stardiagnosis compact 4 was not configured

and the error is

SDconnect could not be configured. error code 749

i did change the platform to (W)

and when i connect between a car and the green cable to my laptopn .. the funny icons down beside the start stays red .. it dosent change to green


anyone can help me ?

Try to Change From T to W no help
Cannot connect to multiplexer

Can you share the information how you fix the problem
