    Default HDTV in PAL mode after UpGrade!

    This "BLIND" procedure is for any OpenBox Receiver that you flashburn new FirmWare and it reboots in PAL mode with nothing showing on your HDTV screen or have a rolling screen on your analog television!

    Note: If there is a more simply way to do this, please disregard my notes!
