    Hi,
    Want to know how to erase eprom m27c1001 ? with willem, x-prog or batronix.I have all of this.

    I think is not possible for this eprom with uv. So perhaps it`s a OTP On Time Programmable eprom. But what is the alternate for this what can be erased?

    Buy 29f010 and replais it dhis is one time program memori you can not erase it

    m27c1001 UV EPROM 1 Mbit (128KB X8) can erase with UV eraser.
    need time 15 ~ 35 minuts.
    The EPROM can replace with 27SF010 Many-time Programmable Flash.
