    How's the best way to load new softcams,do i need to factory reset or just load straight away?

    You should go back to the technomate page and there you'll find all the sticky theards right near the top, they have all the info on loading patchs and softcams.If you still got some problems you should go and post a new theard but try and resolve the problem first using the sticky theards and other theards before posting a new one.
