Default Newbie, Technomate TM5400 Help please

Hey everyone im new to all this with the technomate.
I ordered a kit from amazon the other day and got it today, i was very pleased to find out that they have sent me all the upgraded stuff as i ordered the bog standard tm5400 and got sent the tm5400 CI+ m2 usb super+ aswell as a zone 2 instead of zone 1 dish and 4 socket lnb instead of 1 socket .

Right back to my questions, i have set it all up and mounted the dish outside to the wall, all connections are bang on i am getting 99% level but quality keeps switching between
21-22%, i have tried moving the dish all different positions and the quality is still the same.

Now my question what is the best direction for the dish to be pointing? i.e n-e-s-w.

The box came with 25 satellites pre installed, am i going to need a seperate cam? or do i just need this for decoding as said in the manual.

    Any help would be great.
I am thinking of getting a pole tomorrow and putting the dish on the roof so then i have move movement and positioning

    Thanks
    Adam

I have been reading through the forums and have been reading about problems other users have been having.
When i set the dish up i didnt adjust the lnb when i set it up, it was set so its slightly twisted to the left if looking directly at the dish, should this be to the right? (fixed dish)
Also i have worked out were i have the dish is pointing pretty much south east, and looking at were most of the satellites are i should be facing more east, am i correct in thinking this?

Also would a tm2600 motor be a good option to get when i have some spare cash? i think a motor might be better option so im not pissing about all the time .

I have also got the patches and up to date cams for my reciever which i am going to put on, i will be moving the dish tomorrow and putting it on a mast so its above the house. dont really want to put it low down as i dont live in the best of areas.

I have done the updated patch 154 for the m2 box which has gone on fine and working, i also did the up to date softcams, the box is showing plenty of satellites and 1995 channels listed which all show the same quality jumping from 21-22% all channels show no picture or sound, i will update tomorrow when i move the dish, fingers crossed i get it sorted.

    Thanks
    Adam

you can only get one satellite at a time with your setup do as carew6 says. your aim at any satellite must be precise.any signal level you get in red is just noise, you are looking for the quality (in blue) to be as high as possible.
I"ve sent a copy of motorised setting up the dish,if motorised it wants to go on a southish facing wall if possible on a good strong 100% plumb mount a piece of scaffold pipe between T&K mounts is best. the TM2600 motor is fine.

Thats brilliant guys thanks, i think i will wait to relocate the dish till i get a TM2600 in 2 weeks.
Looks like a better option instead of just getting 1 satellite.
