    Does your box work fine off same dish?

    If so then its a weak tuner problem in that box

    If your box works on that line no probs then its a weak tuner in his box. some have been known to have bad tuners.

    Alright yeah my box works on the same dish mate, so you reckon I should change the tuner?? Are they easy to fix, I have no idea about them mate

    For someone who owns a dm500 himself you arent so sure of things. Just send it back the way it came.
