Help with ELM327

My ELM327 USB is 1.3a version, but between the pins 6 and 14 have a resistance of 40 OHMs , some problem with this ?

What resistance is good for CAN protocol ?

Are you having problems with fiatecuscan? you should measure resistance between pin5 - pin6 and pin5 - pin14 should be about 100ohms
