is it posible to use one from scrub yard and if yes whats the procedure to make it work?

E90 engine had alot of different engines and management systems...... Any way its not doable with regular diagnosis tools.

can you read eeprom flash and mpc from original ecu ?

Only if you can tell me what engine the car has in it or what ecu is fitted.
