PP2000 interface can't work

Hi, I clone my peugeot planet interface which does not connect to the vehicle, yet there are well detected by my computer, but when I choose the model of the car he shows me an error between the car and my tools. Thanks in advance for your ever so I still used peugeot planet, not diagbox.

have you tested to connect interface with citroen?
i have one witch connect with lexia but cant connect with
PP2000 ;i think problem is in installation of PP2000 V22.14

Are you selecting the ECU Manually or, you doing a Global Test......

Also make sure you put the right build code................

ReX . What version are you using and what type of interface -is it the the late XS evolution type or the cartridge model. Also if your battery in your computer is knackered ,this can cause problems
