When you switch on the ignition do you have the usual lights in the dash? Oil pressure, Battery, engine, abs, etc.?

If you have these lights, replace the small wire on the starter motor with a wire directly to the battery. Does the starter motor work then?

    Thanks Oldford,
My guy have jumped wire direct to the solenoid. It did work. But when I turned the start switch nothing happened. Finally,I called the owner and send them to the dealer.I think the immo is the problems. The case is closed.
I have no immo tool, so let it go.This is one of the reasons why I joined DK club.I have learned a lot but not enough to jump into it.I take this opportunity to say thanks to all members .
And again thanks, especially to you Oldford ,and many others.
    Have a nice weekend,

If you ever find out what the cause was, can you post it then?

I would certainly ask the car owner of what have happened and how the dealer fix it.And then I will post it here.
    Have a good day,all.
    Peter

    **Problems found**
Dealer Tech said" loose connecter and one fuse missing " cost around $50.00

few days later, after regas, engine overheat again.Dealer said "they would fix the overheat problems, but must purchase a new Electric radiator fan from them (cost $420.00)+labor.
    what is the next problems?
