Blade 5000s connection problem

hi all,can anyone shed some light on the connection problem im having with a blade 5000s receiver.
ive installed the 9991 firmware & config file and evrything looks ok but on the cccam settings page im getting the yellow button instead of green which i believe is a connection error.
ive got the youtube,n **** apps installed which are connecting no problem but cccam seems to fail.

there is a tab with proxy settings on the network settings page which is set to off .
does anyone know if this needs to be turned on for cccam to work
any help would be appreciated
