    Default Mercedes E 270 CDI HOT start

    Is there a fix for mercedes Hot start like for the VAG? it wont start unless i spray into the admission.

    it s a mercedes clase e 270cdi w211 year2002 177cv

    Low cr pressure maybe causing it.
    So I would say leaking injector or o-rings at pressure regulator or cr pump.
    When warm it generates just that bit more rpms to get started.

    Ofcourse you can lower the minimum permissible pressure limit in software but it will only help for a while.

    under 150 bar pressure cant injektor open
    this is mechanical problem,not sw.

    Maybe someone could help me ,
    situation with 320cdi 2007 , when car is warm starts very good. if car is cold it will start not very good. but if you turn ignition on then off and then again on car will start good.
    Is it possible to increase plugs heating time ? and will it help ?
