    I had the same problem M8 , reboot the box & as the channel info comes up on screen press the arrow(channel) button up on the remote to change channel , you can then access the menu , do a factory reset , then full power scan

    Nice one mate, seems to have sorted it, just havin trouble with favourite channels and epg now.

    ive got the eurovox ex7000 hd, downloaded the fimrware, it was a rar file, so downloaded winzip, so it is now a flash tbn, sent it to my usb pen drive an put it in the box, still no channels. am i missing out sumthing??? please help me a on the edge ov a nervouse breakdown

    Hi m8 try this when you have downloaded the firmware click to open it, and rename the flash , flash.tbn, put this onto your memory pen then into the back of the box , switch the box off/on with the switch at the back , the box will then reboot ,on the led on the front of the box it should say now booting , open flash , extracting flash then count up from 0 to 100 then reboot , you may have to do a deep scan using the symbol rate for your area 6887 or 6952
