number : 203 545 06 08
MCU 1J35D Motorola.
Read ETL programmer.
Please repair dump and generated key dump....and upload....

than tri with select

Original or China clone ETL programmer?
Clone repair....around the solder (picture).

Check solder.....

than ur soldering is not 100% check all pins
one by one with ohm meter

Your message is usually cannot read 1J35D from ETL , the problem is your clone ETL ( from China make) is bad quality , i use it to read 2J , 4J , 1J35D and never not work , I think that u need to buy a new one quality and you can enjoy it
....

Had that problem til i got my self an Orange 5 programmer,now i can read any chip presented to me with no problems.

Your dump is ok...check the key if its ok and power on the steering lock.
