    Default Shared ownership

There is a house near me for sale, 3 bedroom terraced up for ?68000 47% shared ownership and they say that I will not pay rent on the other share. Is this a con of some sort? has anyone used such a scheme? I cant believe I can buy a house for 68 grand too good to be true.
    This is the advert:
**A fantastic opportunity for first time buyers/growing families** pay 47.14% of market value (with no rent to pay on the remaining balance) to live in this modern 3 bedroom townhouse within this popular village location. Early viewing essential!

Shared ownership means for example I build a house and I value at ?300,00 with a 99 years lease you pay 33% + monthly rent after the lease is finish the problem starts???..

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

so u own 49% of the house, what if they seel the other half to someone else, would u have to share the house?

all the scheme's i have seen or heard of like this u pay rent on the other half, as they say if it sounds to good to be true it probably is
try asking all the necessary questions about it 1st?
