EDC17cp04/CP14 with MPPS ???

I must first say i got MPPSv12 with original MCU.

I tried to read audi A3 1.6tdi (CR) with ecu EDC17cp04 UDS, but it only ID no read, it gives "contact MPPS" error.

anyone had any luck with MPPS on these??


Also i have magpro 1, but no edc17...

Yes, 1.6tdi is simos PCR2.1, only read-write, no solution for checksum even.
Car do not star with file mod.

I have tried on a4 3.0tdi of 2009 with edc17cp04 but not read ecu ID, mpps with edc17 not work

How can you read/write Siemens ECU with Bosch option?? Does this seem anyway reasonable for you??

I have read EDC17 from Skoda Octavia RS 2.0TDI CR. File is good, but i not try to write. My MPPS is clone v3 with upgrade MCU to V12

Guys, as gezame said that ECU is a SIEMENS PCR2.1 (like in ALL 1.6 TDI, 90 or 105hp), some tools like CMD and MAGPRO2 original can read and write it, problem is chk correction, no tool or sw on the market can actually do it.

Clone MPPS can be upgraded to V12 by changing the MCU of the tool.

i would be scared of writting it, unless you had somehting else to recover the ecu just in case.

and make sure checksum is ok, Dont trust MPPS..ever.. any day could be the day it bricked an ecu
