Can someone please tell me where the rev limiter is in the files and how is it calculated

Look in 16 bit at the start of the maps for 26000.
Factor .25 = 6500 rpm

No,
it is a simple on or off control, so it is not like a Vanos map you will see in MS42/43 or MSS50+

Maybe a single line.

It is a single line, 1 for on and 1 for off.

Look for 2 lines 8x1. X axle=RPM ,Z axle=Engine Load
There is a slide difference in these 2 because of the hysteresis.
