VAG K+ Commander 1.4 crash on MM Direct read

Anyone able to get VAG K+ Commander 1.4 (China) to read Immobilizer III on an 2002 Audi TT?

When I choose Immobilizer -> Margenti Marelli Direct it reads and I can hear the car making sounds like a servo is moving then the program crashes before it shows the login / PIN.

I've tried Margenti Marelli Shadow 3 TT with no luck either. It doesn't crash, but it doesn't get the PIN.

I've tried multiple computers using Windows XP and all of them crash right after it read Margenti Marelli Direct, what's the trick?

that first attachment was done under INSTRUMENTCLUSTER in K+ Commander. Here is an bin done under ECU EEPROM Read in case that is the one you need.

My car has an APR Stage 1 Tune (257hp 91octane US tune loaded on it) If that helps anyone. Engine type is AMU 225hp model.
