    If you have space on your HDD for DVD images and if you have a virtual DVD drive application installed, someone might join a teamviewer session and see if the issue can be overcome.

    I solved the problem. Must put dvds in driveletter G, thats it. Very easy and i broke my head with it. Thanks all for contribution to help me. Bye bye bodies.
