Default Problems with DS Lite loading games

Hello all, my ds lite seems to be having problems loading games. When I start it up it goes to the picto screen and says 'no ds card is inserted'. This happens with original games and my r4 card, can anyone suggest any solutions? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks....Nags

either bent or worn pins, or maybe even summit stuck down the slot restricting connections.

you could take it apart and have a look..

Had same problem m8 as andy said make sure pins are not bent. just shine a tourch down the game slot and have a look if any are bent just straighten them up with a thin screwdriver down the slot. plus i cleaned the pins with pure alcahol and that sorted it for me.

they are not difficlt to take apart.

you will need a triwing screwdriver.
