Lost user name+Password, Mercedes EPC WIS ASRA Standalone.

Hi, I was wondering if any body could help. I have been having some problems with my computer which I have now fixed. Today I went to go into Mercedes EPC/WIS/ ASRA standalone on it. It asks as usual for my user name and password. I put in the ones I have been using but it just says User unknown try again? Is there a work around so I can re-enter a user name and password? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
