Eaton automatic transmision DM3 Problum

Hi Guys,
I am having problum with eaton automatic transmision DM3 it stuck in 2nd gear,some time it shift ok.I looked at fault chart posted at eaton website does not help me i changed the intertia break,splitter,range solenoide and have checked datalink connector everything looks ok please help me to solve this problum.

What codes do you have? More than likely the xy shifter is bad. What are the color codes on the motors for the xy shifter. What version software is in the trans ecu? Anything less than 890 needs to be updated.
