Renault 12 pin connector

I have problem to connect my blue KKL USB cable and DDT with Old renault 12 pin connector (Clio 1.2). There is only ECM and I dont have communication. I don't have original adaptor obd to 12 pin and I need to jump pins. I tryed to connect obd pins 16 +,4 -,7 K-line (OBD connector) to 6+,2-,9 K-line (on 12 pin connector) but nothing. On 12 pin connector I have pins 2,6,9, and 4?!? What is pin 4?
USB cable is working with VagCom on VW and DDT connected to Renault OBD OBD connecor.
Can you help me? What I need to do ( pins connection) or I need to change something in interface?

Thank you for pinout,i have this...I dont have communitation on(K-line (pin 9).
