Openbox s11 hd not working?

Please if anyone could help me get his working.

I just went on to watch the celtic game, and the picture comes up scrambled.

I just got the box the other day, so am of sure how to get the hannels back on, please help.

are any other subbed channels working?
reset router and box (unplug both)
if no change contact provider

Was working about 11am this morning, bbc 1 works.

Reset the router and box.

Contacted provider.
