    Default Cannot print my Excel doc

    I have an Excel doc i want to print. However it only shows part of the selected doc as print preview , even though I have selected it all vis page view. What can I do?

    Hi Ben

    In print preview you may be only seeing part of the page, and as such may have to either resize the page or reduce the ratio to get it on one page.
    Best way is to look in Page Break Preview (under the View menu) and set the page breaks up first

    Also, did you select the 'print area' from the File menu?

    Highlight the cells you want to include Then go to File > Print Area > Set Print Area.

    Excel is bad for this.
    Try this:

    Go to print preview.
    At bottom of options press "page set up".
    Click on "portrait" or "landscape", which ever best suits.
    Click on "Fit to" and change to 1 page wide and how ever many pages you need tall.

    Hi, can i ask which version of excel you are using? 2007 or 2010?
