    Default internet problem

    can anyone help plezz i have e laptop with windows vista on it ,when u click on internet a blank page shows up with the address at top eg google .com but nothing else from there u can open a new tab which will then let you on the internet.but once you are their for example youtube i type what i want to watch the list shows up ,i then click on one it wont play any videos thanks.

    just uninstalled internet explorer 9 and think it has put 7 back on but still the same?

    try this
    press start in windows:
    write the following:
    inetcpl.cpl
    press advanced tab
    place a checkmark to enable "use softwarerendering instead of GPU rendering"
    press ok.
    close ie9 and open it again.

    that should to fix it.
    GPU rendering is a new feature in ie9.
    alternatively update the video card driver.
    if that does not work try microsoft support

    thanks for your help there was a tick already in box for gpu rendering and will not let you change it .ive installed google chrome now that works but ie9 and ie8 dont.how do i upgrade the video card and where is it ?? thanks .
