This is a collection of O.B.D. Programs that I have collected over the last few months. Follow any install instructions if included and

disconnect from internet during installation.

Different Programs have different features, and not all of them will work with every scanner cable.

ProScan and ScanMaster ELM work with knock-off OBD Chipsets (ELM327) and with the official ScanTool.net OBDlink tool.

Also looking for this.
Have an old pocket pc and BT obd dongle doing nothing at this point.
thought i could use it as a quick/easy/no-worry-for-damage
check engine tool in the garage.

Think we are stuck with:

OBD gauge by dana peters
OBD 2007 by glm
Scan test by Ivan Ganev
RDDTC by pete calinski
ScantoolPPC by autoenginuity

If someone have links to these?

Hi, great forum, i?m looking for a program, that i can use to erase codes on my MB 220 cdi year 2001, i have a cable obd-usb for vag-com 901, can i use this cable for the MB ?

Scan Master and pro scan work well with elm327

Ok , but not works with Japanese cars JOBD protocol , TOYOTA , HONDA , HIUNDAY ..............,..............

It is more limited

It works with all new obd2 jaanse cars

I have used Scan Master with elm327 on 2007 toyota, 2008 Hyundai and works fine. Even works on power train of E90 BMW 2008 model.

Many thnx for the time& effort you have taking to list what works & what doesnt, prog's & interfaces gotta be a good thumbs up for this .appreciated bud & others should ad to it also unless there is already a thread that is sticky & i have not got on to it . N1
