Hi friends
i have xprog m clone with v5.0 soft.I downloaded 5.3 from another site and i asked me to update the firmware.i choosed yes.From it always asks me to update the firmware and doesn't work.i installed again the 5.0 version but without any luck.again the same.Can anyone help me?can ths be repaired or i need to buy another one?

you must downgrade software. You can find here Downgrade XPROG to V5.0

If you domwgarde a clone chinese with original software is OK ? you can retrieve all autorization ?

no.it keeps asking to update firmware and after finishing again the same question.i think i have to send it back to china for repair.

i think you can reflash the atmega and use v5.0 again im sure ive seen istructions somewhere on here

hi pals! i have original one xprog-m, accidentaly seaching in web for some solution for reading hc05 i do some firmware update to xprog-box firmware. I don't want to use xprog-box in my original xprog hardware, i want to roll back to tmt v5.0 firmware for device programer. Now downgrade tool is 20 euros(in xprog-.boxweb), i don't want to pay that for one mistake. i don't want to use this soft. Could any have the downgrade tool for share with me?

you must reprogram the atmega with these.They are from 5.0 but they are from clone.Your own risk...

what the box sw version you did? some said that with the available downgrade tool applicable only to v5.3.5 and not newer! you search for 'XPROG-m.cfg' in the forum. never done downgrade but i can test it if need
what was the sw version of your tmt xprog? if when you success restoring by v5, i'm afraid that you might get some extra bonus of count down counter which is no good at all.
btw, can some one explain how the counter not active in the ori v5 xprog.
