image problem/bug ?!

I have DM800 HD, with Nabilosat Blackhole v.0.10.

I didnt have this problem before, but recently (no matter what image i install), i get a "Service not found" error on a coded channel. This happens from time to time.

The way i get around with it is that I change to a FTA Channel and than revert to the coded channel i was watching, and than the signal gets back.

Is this a BUG, is there a solution ... has anyone experienced something like this ??

Could be a number of things mate...connections/tuner/cabling/dish.
do a process of elimination and swap out the box for another and see if the signal drops and take it from there.
Make sure the tuner is seated well in the motherboard.....keep your eye on the satfind for drops in agc and snr for any apparant reason.
If youve tried various images and the problem is persistant then youve half answered your question.
