I install an old copy of EFfi on my backup pc running XP SP3 and I get error "class not registered" and "catastrophic failure" but program still load. Any one has a fix for this I can't seem to find a fix.

Most likely you have mistakes because BDE Borland Data Base Engine isn't established.
Look for in Google.

Hello Sierra! I have your original EffI. Is it possible to clone id46 (2 gen) to tpx3? Already have several people asking me for this and im not sure. Hardware is mini zed bulll china. Thank you!

No, Zed-Bull a clone can't work with TPX3.
You can esteem on the Internet, the Chinese Zed-Bull can work with what transponder.
Any software won't be able to make that the Chinese clone could the bigger
