Guys Sierra has got a lot of work in front of him. To build a hardware is not a easy task. Board lay out with a set up fee min. Cost with a short turn around cost $675.00-$800.00 that just pcb board. All the popcorn needs to be order in reels to feed the machine. The machine has panel that hold the pcb that goes in a oven set up fee for that. First proto type might need cut and jumps for it to test out right. A second run might be needed if to many error for the first run. In all 3 to 6 months of kaos ,then comes pricing and marketing and protecting.

sounds to me like this is just a zed-bull hardware stripped of anything not needed?? so not that bad

actual production cost would be pretty small, plenty of places online where you can buy small quantities of pcb board done to design cheap. so a bit of cost for quality componets, then solder paste and assembly cost.

but who knows what he has spent initially - firmware development / or buying the zed-bull firmware hex file / unless buying mini zeds and taking the mcu out, then any design he hasn't done himself

Also no one likes to do a fair amount of work for free !!

modules donated from members

so if complete new setup i wish them luck
