I looked at the screenshot, the ZED-bull set Crypto Mode and EffI Password mode.
Try to choose the same EFfI Crypto Mode. These options, while not active, but they are important.
If you still can not be read, then I'll see what the reason.

Fixed some bugs (can be added new
)
Make reading the Remote to pcf7942/44/46
Make - when you choose what would pcf7942/44/46 Crypto Mode is automatically selected.

Who knows, zed-bulls can write 4D in JMA TPX2, Silca EH2 emulators?
Not to clone, and it is simple to write data.
