    Default 307 HDI fan dont stop

    hii guys
    i have 307 hdi year 2005 with ecu bosch
    when i power on the air condition the fan starting with the first speed 15 second start the second speed until here its okiii
    when i switch off the air condition the second fan speed stoped but the first steel on until i stop the engine
    i diag it there is no problem
    can any one help me for this problem

    How long you had the car?
    how long the falt been there?
    is it over gassed?
    Have you tried turn a/c on for 5 sedonds, then off see what happens.

    Does car has FAP(DPF)? If yes then it may be trying to regenerate DPF.

    had one in the other day and only worked on second speed even with aircon on . changed the fan speed resistor on the radiator next to fan and its all sorted ,, theres alot in the resistor and has replays in too ,, and theres only 25 pounds and they sell shit loads , this one was a 2007 model tho

    yes agree, thought of that then got sidetracked by the a/c bit.

    had a pug 407 the same, but costomer had to batteryy off - was busy told it had a new dpf and was happy.

    some years ago I have C3 sid 803 similar problem !
    wend the the key was off the fun start"s and dont stop more !
    does c3 have the same part or similar ?!

    had one of these in and fan was staying on and sometimes going off but battery flat every morning and it was because it had a non standard radio fitted and the bsi unit was going mad about it

    as Meat-Head said check if not over gased
    what is the external temp in your area
    see also if no dirt or grime between clim and cooler radiators

    Hi
    I have a problem like that and it was the fap with problems,
    but in diagnostic it has fault codes .
    check fault codes in all ecu?s .

    thanks guys this is a 307 hdi 90ch without fap
    i change the fan speed resistor but the same problem
    the fan start normely in 98? but don't stop until i stop the engine
    when i remove the perseur of climatiseur the fan work normely
    i change 4 or 5 perseur clim the same problem
    i think it's a problem of ecu it's a bosch edc15
    i flash it
    the same problem
    i change the gaz of clim R134a
    the same problem
    ................
    any other idea i'll try them

    so did you try run a/c 10 seconds then off?
    .
    .
    put a relay off ignition to isolate fan and ~~~~ it off
    .
    .
    remember the thanks botton
