I have a working Xentry 3/2011 system. Tried to update to 5/2012 but failed. Early in the installation it stops with error "No valid authorization was found for Xentry (AppId=252)." I selected yes to continue setup. Immediately was error message: "There is no Xentry Diagnostics StartKey on your Star Diagnosis system. A valid authorization must be first be entered before an instalation can be carried out." "OK" opens up the StartKey Center. It will not save ("save unsuccessful") my current StartKey that must be typed in. The installaion can't go forward. The same Xentry StartKey that is in the StartKey Manager is not saved in the new StartKey Manager Center. Nest, I generated a new developer StartKey, but this can not be saved either. The StartKey Center is somewhat different than the old StartKey Manager; I don't know if that is part of the problem or it is something else. Help!
