Good day members of DK

I have just received my new clone multi-diag. I am not sure what version it is. I have installed the software disc which came with it but I am having problems using it.

When I launch the program to try scan a vehicle it asks me for a password and above it is CODE: 19-0641E181SUU. I dont have a password so can some member help me with password?

Also a screen comes up and says: communication interface not registered. Please launch multi-diag configuration. When I enter the configuration menu it asks for my S/N and when I enter my S/N which is in the interface it tells me that it is the wrong S/N.

Can any members please help me.

Now it seems my multi-diag is working even though i have not entered a password. Might be a good crack on the software.
