Default VT 365 Injector Driver Module (IDM)

we have a vt 365, where we turn on the engine in the morning, it activates the code 525 Fault IDM, hard start does not start at times
change the batteries, and 3 injectors with low performance
I checked all the wiring, but can not find a problem
    apparently all is well
I would like to know how to solve the problem, IDM
I will have to change a new one?
sorry for my English is not my language
    thanks in advance

first check the battery box depending on the year it will have either 1 or 2 40 amp fuses and if it has allison trans that will have a 10 amp fuse. check the 40 amp fuses and holders they will melt and burn. if it has the 2 or 3 wire connectors made by delphi remove them and use yellow heat shrink but connectors. they should be aprox 3 to 4 inches from fuse holder. if the fuses are melted replace them with 8 gauge maxi fuses and 40 amp fuses. this will keep them from melting and damaging the idm. by the starter there is the same delphi connector remove it and connect wiring with yellow heat shrink but connectors. by the ecm/idm stack there is a third delphi connector remove it and connect wiring with heat shrink but connectors. check the power distribution box under the hood and see if terminals for idm relay are melted. check the 12 pin connector that runs over the ecm/idm stack for bad connections. its a square connector with the outer 4 wires being big terminals and inner 8 smal terminals. if all that is good use the idm bottom kit. then you will not have to take it to have it programed. check the attachments for add details.

very good information especially (Injector Driver Module (IDM) Bottom Kit)
truck owner bought a new (IDM) and the truck works great
the (IDM) damaged, was changed as a core for the new (idm)
this problem (IDM) (vt 365, vt 275) is very common, and have time to change (IDM) on these engines
I appreciate this information, I think with this information, it will be very different from the diagnosis of these problems
    many thanks, best regards
    sorry for my English
