strange problem 1k0035198C

Ola my friends

I am having a strange problem on a golf 5 with this radio installed 1k0035198C.
Radio with ignition on works great, after starting the car radio freezes and goes to the safe mode and askes for code.
The point is you can enter anything when this happens.

I read out ori code with martech.

Did someone had this problem before, i was thinking of putting code totally of maybe this will solve the problem.

Any help apreciated, btw is it possible to read this with upa cause for martech i have only 2 options read ori code and clear line.

THE point is not decoding this unit, my problem is that the radio Lockes when you start the car.

With Ignition on the radio works great but when you start the car
Radio freezes.

canbus is a problem with that line?,
or from the steering control system may be a problem?

Thanks but no dtc,s are stored is there a way to find out what is causing the problem.

Problem solved by cleare line option with martech.
