Default pic of the on off buttom set up? or info

iv taken it apart as there Wire sparks coming from it on the inside (clone) after the psu blew up , ffs scary but i have a extra psu to try

all i need to confirm is witch way the wires go on to the power switch

    is the rite

red one on top on psu goes on the upper left connector
red one on bottom on psu goes on the upper left conectore

black one on top on psu goes on the upper right connector
black one on bottom on psu goes on the upper right connector

pleases look , upload a pic of you setup

with the lid of the box and looking at it from front the block of 4 wires the 2 blacks are on left and 2 reds on right this is on connector pushing into psu

the switch looking at it from front of box has 2 reds on left and blacks on right

Providing that both blacks wires and both reds are on the same side I don't think it matters. So keep both blacks wires on the left and both red wires on the right would also work. When looking at the connector on the PSU itself, again the same thing applies, keep both the same colour on either on the left or the right.

That's sound like how potrobber has his, the important thing to keep the same colour wire vertically, so the reds are above/below each other and the same for the blacks.

If you look on aliexpress, search for vu duo free shipping then find a seller called Define, they have pics of the internals and you can just about make out where the wires go.

For information only : Do you have a multimeter? line test will beep when switch is on. It won't when off. It won't beep at all in both positions if knackered. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDQ0X1LRhpg]Dryer Switch Testing - YouTube[/ame]
Same principal applies to testing your switch. Black pin to Black pin test. Red pin to Red pin test. HTH
