openbox channel freezing

every 30 seconds the paid channels only freeze for like 5 seconds and then come back on , this dosent happen with my free channels. how do i fix this

try restarting the box and your router of that doesn?t work contact your Gift provider there might be in issue with his server.

Make sure you arent downloading anything at same time as watching tv. This can also cause problems
