R270 cas4 atmega32

I read ATmega32 protect in R270 cas4, but the part of flash was corrupt,who can help me for correct this dump.Thanks

Your flash is not corrupt, but you try to read a locked atmega and this is how it looks a dump from a locked atmega.

I know atmega was locked, but even ,I can extract the bin from 0x2000 to 0x83FF.Look at ,not like :
