    Default Caterpillar SIS problem

    i have problem with cat sis, when i try to open any topic i see

    Sorry, an error occurred while retrieving the IE content for technical documents.

    i install all plugins from Downloads folder, but not work

    Please help me to solve this problem

    You must uninstall the sis software or download and install Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 version if this or corrupt, SIS software can?t work.

    IE protected mode must be 'off'

    My dear friend...the problem here is not IE. The problem is with installation of disc rerr10 or rerr11. One of the discs is badly burned or your DVD drive does not read well that brand of disc. Try this....Copy the whole setup discs to your PC, then star installation from there.
