Default UPA-USB auto changing serial number

I've seen a clone V1.2 listed on made-in-china.com that looks like it comes from carsung. It is supposed to have an auto changing serial number every time it is plugged in. There is no mention of this on the carsung website (and the PCB is a different colour). Has anyone recently got one of these from carsung and can confirm that the serial changes with each plug in to the PC.
    V Series TMS470 / EEPROM data - encryption / decryption, totally pwned.

I've got one from carsung and the serial stays the same. I wonder who sells the one listed on made-in-china.com. Under manufacturer it does say carsung. Maybe its just a fib.
